Like “units” 13 & 14, the best way to describe our delightful latest 3-bedroom house is tidy
and tasteful. Situated at the end of the cul-de-sac in Clifton Place, you may find peace in the
quiet and serene, bushland setting. And yes, you are still in town. You may even
experience the unexpected delight of kangaroos coming in to visit (the grass is tasty!). I am
trusting that they won’t find my newly growing bougainvilleas to their palate. We can also
promise you that you’ll have no trouble with our much-beloved neighbours on the Western
boundary.
As with all of our Beds Properties, everything is laid on. There are the usual fully equipped
kitchens and laundries, TVs in the lounge and bedrooms and lockable bedroom doors. Let
us not forget my mother Yvonne’s artwork which always manages to captivate our minds
with her intricacy and expression of the raw and rugged reality of our Outback surrounds, in
this instance the display of Cobar’s iconic pubs both past and present. You may even want
to raise your glass in acknowledgement.
As always, the overall plan is for you to feel at home (when you are away from your own).
