You will feel at home at Beds on Barton! Favourites in life are a tricky thing, but I suspect that this could be my favourite Beds Property. Yes, I am a little ambivalent due to our quality offerings. This exceedingly charming 2-bedroom cottage will ensure you either have a great stay or will ensure the feeling that you might want to move in! Possibly both, so often has this comment been said out loud. Being close to the main street, everything you need is within walking distance. As with all our Beds properties, you have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. There is a back deck upon which to chill out with your morning cuppa and kick back when you get home with your favourite beverage.
The paintings by [my mother] Yvonne Beard in this house feature many of the local buildings within a 2 block radius of the CBD. Essentially you can walk out the front door and be witness to the inspirational reality of what the beautiful paintings respectfully portray.

Welcome to Beds on Bathurst! Currently this is our favourite Beds’ flat. You will find yourself automatically relaxing in its calming space. Access is from Bathurst Street at the rear of the house at 65 Brough Street. It has the added advantage of being able to be let separately or with Beds on Brough which is a 6-bedroom house. You will seriously love the facilities with our fully equipped kitchen and laundry. If you need to work, yes there is space! Just outside is an outdoor entertainment area and as always, you will enjoy the paintings by [my mother] Yvonne Beard.

Welcome to Beds on Becker! Our room 5 is a clever and compact, self-contained flat. It has a kitchenette, ensuite, desk to work from and Wall Bed – yes, the kind you see in the movies! Access is at the rear of the property and is separate from the house. You will love the convenience of the perfect position! Located behind the main street, there is walking access to many of the restaurants, cafes, pubs, clubs, supermarket, butcher and baker. Our kitchen is adequately equipped, which happily gives you the choice to eat in or eat out. If you are one of us that is required to take work “home” with you, you will appreciate the convenience and design of being able to use the desk and then without having to pack up the paperwork, open the Wallbed to a relaxing sleep. Welcome to Beds on Bourke Rd! This spacious two-storey property is designed with your
comfort in mind. How do I hear you ask? Both upstairs and downstairs have their own
lounge, TVs and dining areas. There are 2 decks to partake the beauty of the late (or early)
Outback light. Personally, I refer to them as my daily, spectacular “lightshows”, however, my
partner Paul doesn’t really get it. The light is breathtaking, serene and, of course,
illuminating.
There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs with each level having its own bathroom
and toilet. Each bedroom has its own air conditioners and TVs with lockable doors.
Downstairs hosts a fully equipped laundry, whilst the fully equipped kitchen is upstairs. As
with all our Beds properties, there is WiFi.
Essentially, everything at this property is about having choice. The choice to eat in or eat
out. The choice to hang out with your workmates or to spend some time relaxing in your
own company. We know you will certainly feel at home.
For ease of parking, there is also a vacant block on the left hand side of the property which
is very handy indeed!

and tasteful. Situated at the end of the cul-de-sac in Clifton Place, you may find peace in the
quiet and serene, bushland setting. And yes, you are still in town. You may even
experience the unexpected delight of kangaroos coming in to visit (the grass is tasty!). I am
trusting that they won’t find my newly growing bougainvilleas to their palate. We can also

boundary.

Beds on Duffy is all about business. Functional and friendly, this property enables you to get
on with the job. Located in a quiet part of town, you will be able to relax.
There are 4 bedrooms, one of which has an En Suite and Walk-In Robe. There is the usual
fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. And please remember that all bedrooms have
their own TVs and air conditioners (and lockable doors).
When we bought the property, the tenants took off with the front fence. We decided not to
replace it as it is a convenient area to park all sorts and sizes of vehicles.

The bathroom is shared, and the most frequent comment is that it is so big, you could have a party in it! Please note that this is not a suggestion (LOL)! Located behind shops on the main street, it has the enviable position of outstanding convenience. It is particularly handy if you have employees without vehicles or have an unfortunate breakdown and you find yourself without wheels. For sole traders or companies that contract, it is a perfect affordable room scenario which provides everything that you and/or employees need to feel at home when they are away from home. You can walk to everything - the restaurants, cafes, pubs, clubs, supermarket, butcher and baker. Our kitchen is fully equipped, which happily gives you the choice to eat in or eat out. You can relax in the courtyard. You can even wash your laundry to possibly get brownie points when you get back home. And….let’s not forget the paintings by [my mother] Yvonne Beard. You will be blown away by the masterful rendition of our Outback landscapes and her incredible attention to intricate detail. You will also see a lot of excessively plural and painstakingly painted sheep!

The paintings by [my mother] Yvonne Beard in this house feature our Outback Pubs – The Great Western Hotel, The New Occidental (The Ox) that was and The Metropolitan at Nymagee. You will be astounded by the delicacy and detail of these watercolours as you can even distinguish the bricks in the brickwork. And yes, they are red reflecting their construction from the magnificent rich red earth upon which we thrive.

Pervading calm fueled by charm would be the best way to describe walking into Beds on
Prince. There are many comfortable nooks and crannies to enjoy either together or apart
from the front verandah, the rear outdoor patio, the very relaxing lounge room and attractive
dining area. And please remember that all bedrooms have their own TVs and air
conditioners (and lockable doors, of course).
As with all of our Beds Properties, everything is laid on. There is the usual fully equipped
kitchen and laundry. My mother Yvonne’s artwork will inspire you as she still manages to
captivate our minds with her intricacy and expression of the raw and rugged reality of our
Outback surrounds. From the ether, I am sure that she would relish you raising your glass in
acknowledgement.
